As the COVID-19 had shackled the world, unlike any other catastrophe, even today! It has become very hard for many to struggle with this deadly virus. Hence, putting negative impact on the economy. Chef Cristian is one such example of a professional who faced many obstacles during the pandemic. It has not been easy for him to fight against the obstacles that came on his way. Thus, Cristian planned to write a book on his journey spent across Indonesia, Malaysia, Bucharest, Dubai and Calabria, during the pandemic. His plan was a success and Cristian finally wrote and launched his first book, namely ‘The “Recipes” of my Smile’. Followed by launching his new special edition of the book ‘The Black and White Smile”.
Which is based on the misadventure happened with Cristian when was locked up in a secret room-prison at the airport in Kuala Lumpur due to Covid-19. This is when Cristian tackled with the Malaysian authorities for almost 24 hours and was kept with other victims in a very lonely environment.

Eggplant “Caviar”
This is a very particular recipe as it is very reminiscent of both the Middle East countries and Romania.
The eggplants are baked in the oven and then cut and seasoned, in their simplicity they have an extraordinary taste and healthy choice too as they are rich in mineral salts, vitamin and also some fiber.
Wholemeal Pizza
This pizza recipe is not only very good, but also a little healthier than normal pizza, thanks to the higher amount of fiber it provides.
