Casino games lovers of Chicago would be able to spend their time up to midnight in a casino by the new year. They will be able to play on slot machines by pulling a lever in the city casino. This fashionable lifestyle in the city would be available very soon for Illinoisans. The state Sen., Terry Link, said that it could happen more quickly if all the things go according to plan. Soon you will be able to see a gambling spot at a temporary site. Hope for the casino opening in the city arose when the city governor J.B. Pritzker signed a gambling expansion law as a part of a $45 billion statewide capital plan.
Illinois Gaming Board has ten days under the new law to hire a private consultant to take a feasibility study on the upcoming Chicago casino. The private consultant will estimate how much revenue the casino will generate for the city. The consultant has 45 days to study, and then they will return the study to the city. The city would have further 90 days to bring any change into the law for the Chicago casino licensing process. Very soon the casino might become available on scr888 (an online casino games platform) in the future.
City Mayor Lori Lightfoot attended a conference alongside Pritzker on Monday. She said, “We all want to city casino to open as soon as possible; obviously we’ll be involved in the process. I’m hoping we can get it done relatively soon, so we can start the process.”
But Lightfoot did not tell about the location of the casino. She left the casino timeline on feasibility study’s come back. Terry Link has hinted that Chicago’s casino would open in 12 to 18 months and would be much more profitable than other casinos.
