This was a pilot attempt to find out whether this kind of search tool will work, and surprisingly, there were 8.2 million visits, over 2 million complete searches, and 3.09 million profile views of dentists like Dawson dental Newmarket. This is a massive change because similar sites only generate action by 1-4%, but with find a dentist, the action was sixfold – 17%. This says how effective the tool is going to be.
Many of the searches led to the call-up action. Many of the clients and patients called up the dentists and booked their appointments through Find a dentist. Dr. Sarah Poteet, ADA Council, who supervised the 3-year program, said that they knew dentists had the potential of seeing more clients.
It was a problem that people did not have the proper tools to search for a dentist. Now the pilot program of a few people has turned into a full-fledged professional program with interaction with local communities.
This new search tool for dentists also found out that there was a surge in searches for dental services in the time of spring and fall.
The find a dentist program started in 2017 with an 18 million fund. And their motto was to expand the search for dentistry problems and help patients get their dentists. By the end of the three-year program, there were millions of searches and many successful cases of dental treatments.
