After the downfall of the New York-based Dubspot, a DJ and production school, a new music production school called 343 Labs is opened in New York by the former instructors of Dubspot. 343 Labs was a dream project of the former Dubspot instructors, Max Wild and Nacho Isa. Both had contacted a number of other instructors who have taught in Dubspot. Currently, former instructors of Hubspot, which are in 342 Labs, are John Selway, Abe Duque, Cândida Borges, Brent Arnold, and Adam Partridge. The NYC music production school 343 Labs is offering different subjects to the candidates including Ableton Live, Logic Pro, mixing and mastering, songwriting, music theory and more, with plans for DJing and live performance programs in the future.
The new school 343 Labs is not only serving the former instructors of Dubspot, but is also offering a deal to former students who were affected due to Dubspot’s shut down. In 2017, the world’s largest electronic music production school shut down suddenly and it had left many people in financial crises. Mostly the instructors and students were affected a lot. Now 343 Labs is controlling the damage done by Dubspot with many lives. It is currently offering free classes to the students who are able to submit proof of payment to canceled Dubspot courses. The school is getting great popularity on social media platforms including YouTube.
Dubspot was founded by Dan Giove in 2016. It once had a very positive and productive vibe and offered a quality hands-on education in electronic production and DJing. But a sudden financial crisis and loss caused it to shut down in 2017 and now the 343 Labs is pursuing musical duties on behalf of the Dubspot.
