On Monday morning of 15th July, Pennsylvania has entered into the world of Internet-based casino games. Pennsylvania has become the fourth state in America, which is offering legal online casino gambling. Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) launched the first public test runs with betting application only for age 21 and over.
