Kent Memorial Library will be updated soon with new infrastructure. There is a need for some repair and renovation work in the library since a long time. Finally, Kent Memorial Library operators have decided to decorate it with new structures.
The library is exposed to asbestos, hence the repairs also include asbestos remediation. There are also some other repairing demands that the library was deprived of such as the floor of the library is required to be replaced with a new carpet. And for that purpose, they are approaching cheap carpet installation Philadelphia. Many homeowners, commercial site owners, and offices are also approaching carpet installation services for decorating their floors with lucrative sets of carpets.
To carry out all these tasks in Kent Memorial Library, it will close from January 15. All the necessary goods including furniture and books will be moved to #19 & #23 Kent Green Boulevard for a couple of weeks.
The renovation and repair work is estimated to be completed in early February. Till then #19 will be loaded with new material, periodicals, DVDs, computers, audiobooks, and wireless printing. To make reading material available to the patrons, other local libraries will also be contacted for material deliveries.
People of Kent Town are donating the money for all renovation tasks. Sarah Marshall is the director of Kent Memorial Library. She thanked the people for their contribution. She also regretted closing the library for some days but assured to complete the renovation as soon as possible.
John Casey, the owner of Kent Green Boulevard, has donated the temporary space at #19 & #23 for Kent Memorial Library so that the library could remain open for patrons.
