Prominent artists like Tupac Shakur, Kanye, 50 Cent, Eminem, Dr. Dre, Lil Wayne, and Snoop Dogg influenced the rap scene with their unique lyrics and singing styles.

Brett William McConnachie is a professional athlete, YouTuber, and recording artist from Canada with several studio albums and collaborations with prominent music artists. He played ice hockey for the University of Alabama-Huntsville, Fayetteville FireAntz, Whitby Dunlops, and Tulsa Oilers before playing as a right winger for the Hamilton Steelhawks. Although McConnachie completed a successful hockey career spanning two decades, his passion for rap music compelled him to pursue a music career. Brett McConnachie took a break from recording albums before recording two comeback albums after a 12-year hiatus in 2022.
