Yuki Miyata is a renowned Harp player from Japan. She is the first Japanese harpist to achieve the highest award in the professional division of the 27th World Music Competition, which was held in Spain. She is also the holder of 1st prize at the Nordic Music Competition. And like that, she has won several other competitions held across the world.
Her interest in music started very soon after her birth. She started playing piano, when she was just 5 years old. By the age of 11, Yuki Miyata had nearly mastered the Grand Harp as well.
After her graduation, she moved to France and enrolled at the National Superior Conservatory of Music and Dance in Lyon as the top student of her class. After that, she studied Harp under the world renowned concert harpist and former principal harpist of Vienna Philharmonic Orchestra.
Having studied under such an influential harpist, Yuki Miyata went on to win several music competitions held in various parts of the world, including Japan, Austria, Italy, Denmark, Spain, and many more. She was even invited as the soloist at the Bozar Hall in Brussels.
In the coming few months, along with a few other music instrumentalists, Yuki Miyata will be seen on music concerts held in different countries.
In March 2022, she will be touring the 4 major US states – New York, Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio. Furthermore in April 2022, she will be touring the whole of Turkey.
